For some things corn syrup is unavoidable, when we can avoid it we will.
Where it can be avoided, you may see "Not Corn Syrup" in the ingredients list, "Not Corn Syrup" is our own, made in house, syrup that acts similar to corn syrup when used as an ingredient.
We are currently in the process of developing multiple ingredients in house so A. we don't have to buy them, and B. you can rest assured knowing what is in our products and what you consume is nothing but the highest quality we can muster.
We are working hard to make our products better and better every day, the meringue powder used in the royal icings is already made in house, by us, from scratch, and now our "Not Corn Syrup" will appear in some products that used ingredients containing, or contain, corn syrup that we wouldn't have offered otherwise because of corn syrup.
For any items using our "Not Corn Syrup", or any other "Made In House Ingredient", they will have a link to this page where we have our homemade ingredients listed along with what goes into making them.
